Delivery Terms
All orders are delivered to the UK Free.
Please call for a quote if your delivery address is not UK.
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of
receiving the payment for your item.We use Royal Mail 1st class
standard. If you wish your order to be sent via Royal Mail Special
Order Next Day delivery please contact us.
We pride ourselves on offering efficient delivery and we also
ensure that all orders are safely packed to remove potential
damage. We can ship orders to both your home or work address.
If the courier/Royal mail are unable to post the item through
your letter box a calling card will be left. You will then be
able to simply collect the item from the nearest depot.
We will strive to ensure that you order is delivered within
the stated ETA's. However, on occasion orders can be delayed
due to factors beyond our control. If we become aware of such
delays we will email you about the situation.
We ensure all items are checked before we despatch your order.
But in the rare event that items are mis-handled during the
delivery process, please keep the product and the PACKAGING
and inform our customer service to enable us to send you a replacement.
Refunds
All refunds will be made in accordance with customers statutory
rights.
Unwanted Products
* We understand that for many reasons a customer may wish
to return an unwanted product. If an item is unwanted it must
be unused, unopened and in perfect resalable condition.
* All unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of payment
being made.
* If the above points are met we will make the refund directly
to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within
10 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item
and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition
it was in when delivered to you.
* You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
Faulty Products
* All products are carefully packed in protective packages
to minimize the risk of damage occurring during delivery.
* If a product arrives that is damaged or has a defect we will
replace the product free of charge provided if it is dispatched
for return 14 days after the customer received the product.
* Should a customer receive an incorrect item it must be returned
to the below address.
* Included with this return should be a note explaining why
the item is being returned (Faulty Item received) and also stating
all the transaction details i.e. customers name and address,
order number, full title of item purchase.
* In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the
return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate
from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for
your return postage costs.
* Faulty items will be processed within three working days of
receipt. Please allow time for the faulty item to arrive back
with us.
* All products that are claimed to be faulty will be inspected.
Any item(s) that has been tampered with will not receive a replacement
or a refund.
* For help with items later than 14 days after your initial
purchase please contact us for more information.
* This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Incorrect item
* Should a customer receive an incorrect item it must be returned
to the below stated address.
* Included with this return should be a note explaining why
the item is being returned (Incorrect Item received) and also
stating all the transaction details i.e. customers name and
address, order number, full title of item purchase.
* In this situation the correct item will be immediately be
dispatched and the postage for returning the item refunded.
* Incorrect items will be processed within three working days
of receipt. Please allow time for the faulty item to arrive
back with us.
Returning Unwanted, Faulty, incorrect Products
* Please contact us by email info@mobilejoy.co.uk inform us
of your wish to return Products.
* Please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature
upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery)
* You will be responsible for the returned Products until they
reach us.
